You are just one of many that feel lost, helpless, stagnant, powerless, purposeless, tired, used, jaded, too old to change, bored, alone, and unloved. You're just the one that had the guts to say so. I, too, am feeling very depressed and desperate to find answers as to why I'm here if nobody wants me. Family doesn't count cause they don't really know me. Partly my fault, mostly theirs. I think you're just feeling the stress that the whole world is facing right now and you are crying for all of us. Our past, our present, and worst of all, our future. If you need to vent to someone who knows what you're feeling you can email me at flutterby801@yahoo.com.

I do not forget myself a author (no less than, I write) and I'm no longer depressed. But frustration or even unhappiness is anything that comes from writing, on the grounds that, as any one else stated earlier than me, you are no longer simply feeling your possess americaand downs, however your characters as good. I'm an excessively emotional man or woman, I will admit, and I get labored up over stuff that perhaps I should not. Does how writing goes for me final result my temper? I believe so. Writing is, for individuals who're passionate approximately it, a sort of liberate in their innermost self, and whilst out of the blue anything occurs and that liberate will get up on maintain, it will get all bottled up. I bet that is why I name Writer's Block a sickness. You're being slowly tormented to loss of life through the strategies that you simply are not able to write. Haha, so yeah. Are all writers emotional individuals? I believe so. Are all of them depressed? I'm going to ought to disagree with that one, despite the fact that they obviously all can also be depressed at distinct occasions.

Try to become more physically acitve. Exercise produces endorphins. And afterward you literally feel better in your body and also in your spirits.

Find someone in your family, church, job, or a professional you can talk to about your intimate feelings about what's really going on in your life--and try to find out what the core issues are that are bringing you down. Hopefully, this person can help you find a course of action.

Read inspirational literature--The bible is a good start. It grounds you in the truth of who you are as a human being from the beginning of time.

I always hesitate to answer a question like yours because I think someone is being a smart a**, but because I suffer from depression I'll take the chance. I would suggest that you see a doctor and tell them how you feel and get evaluated. There are medications that can turn your life around. It has given me back the quality in my life,I hope you find your way back.

We all get that sometimes. It can be a depressing world if you let it get to you. Exercise can be good for feeling better. If the depression persists then go and talk to your doctor. Help is available. Don't get even more depressed because you believe your life has no meaning. You just need to find your place. Remember - "This too shall pass."

Look at all the things that God gave you to work with. When I feel bad I think of all the families who have lost someone they love or people who can't afford to eat with a family, or druggies who need help. You feel better about your life now don't you?

You don't say that something bad has happened? (death in the family, loss of a job, car wreck, break up of a llong relationship)
If something like that DID happen, then it is situational depression that will go away in time. If not, go see your doctor and go to a therapist. Meds might be prescribed but you need to also find out why you are depressed.

Go outside and look up at the sky, you will see the blue, and the absoluteness in this world, which will tell you their is more to life than living unhappy, you can make yourself happy, just smile, it helps.

Go out and talk to people, meet with groups, join some clubs, ask people questions, learn from others, get involved with more people.
