I have not seen the paperwork yet, but just curious has anyone purchased warranty for car thru insurance company? is it comparable to that offered from dealership? have you had to use the warranty? was it a good experience? could u use the dealership repair shop? I'm waiting on the official paper, but can't wait...I'm really curious about this...

No, and you usually get screwed. Many companies make it very hard for you to file a claim and even harder to actually get the work done and paid for. Nothing beats the original manufacturers warranty.

Most are not truley bumper to bumper, but are realitivley good they usally carry high deductables and as long as they will pay with a corporate credit card, most dealers will take them.
But the warranty through the dealer if you get the most comprehensive is usally betterand have a much lower deductable any other questions you can reach me through the sites in the source below

I've yet to see an extended warranty from any source that was worth the money.
