We've been seeing each other for about 3 month. I've asked to become my girlfriend and be exclusive, but she said she isn't ready, yet she still continues to agree to go out with me. She hasn't once made an excuse about why she can't go out with me, and if she really can't go out, she suggests another day when she can. Does it appear that she does like me?

Sounds like she is into you, you obviously are. To really know the truth though you should just ask her what the deal is. And a bit of advice, if she says that she just wants to be friends or isn't ready to be an excusive relationship then just be cool with it and drive on with your life. Either she will come around or you will just continue to have fun. Good Luck

maybe she is not ready to go into a full 1on 1 relationship yet give her time (btw is she seeing anybody else?)
