My brother had skin cancer in his leg before, and it was all cut out. This mole was on one of his calfs. The mole spread, and looked ruff and jagged(the one that was cut out). He had another mole on his inner thigh. He never told anyone because of where it was. He said it started to get bigger and bigger. It got the size of a blueberry. It started hurting him really bad, and started bleeding for a couple of days. Then it feel off. I keep telling him to go to his doctor, but he says he can't afford it. I think it may be cancer again. I'm afraid it's going to spread in his body, and kill him. What do you think this is?

I would suggest you try to convince him to go to the Dr. . If he doesn't get it checked out, it could spread. I know it is hard to have to face cancer again, but the odds are more than likely on his side still, if he waits too long........

Well, if he's had bouts with Cancer in the past, this is probably cancer again.
Health Care is available for people who can't afford insurance, so he needs to go and plead his case.
Where are your parents?
If it's only skin cancer, it's much more treatable than most others, but if it turns into something more serious, he could sie so urge him, rat him out, do whatever you need to!

"started to get bigger and bigger" "started bleeding" this sounds serious maybe cancer or a tumor, in any rate he needs medical attention right away unless he wants to die. Do anything you can even dial 911 and tell them to send an ambulance if you can't get him to go get it taken care of.

He really needs to go to the doctor. If he's had it before, he may be scared. Talk to him and try to get him to go. Maybe you could go with him?
