For most parts of Ohio you can golf until October, after that it gets to cold to enjoy it.

lol, play with a 5 iron and a tennis ball when it snows. it wont hurt ur game at all. i played one time when it was 17 degrees. for money. u could hit the ball and it would roll 40 to 50 yds more than normal with even a wedge the ground was so hard. its a year round sport if u have the ability to stay out in the cold.

If you are willing to travel, you can golf all year. Just an hour or 2 drive can be a huge difference.

It ends once you can't stand the cold, or until it is dark. This is the way it is in Northwest Indiana, but everyone has a different opinion on the subject.
