I would like to do numerology charts for people. Do I need extra schooling or a certificate to practice? What about teaching classes in divination? I am also looking for a online free parapsychology course.

Numerology is an excellent subject to study, I am a professional Numerologist and my website is AstroStar Numerology.
The main thing I have found in my twenty-four years of its service; is that there is a lot of information available and everybody has a different perspective on it. You'll need a history GCSE & A-level, and most likely a history degree, and then a PGCE (post grad teaching qualification). Grades depend on the course requirements of the individual universities, but you'd probably need a B/C at least in your A-level. Good luck! x
