A local ad or ask around at local businesses to see if they would be interested in purchasing or know someone who is. Businesses that offer cooking/baking classes may post an ad for their students. Is it possible your reserve or shipping was set to high on e-bay and that is why no one bid?

Take out an ad in a trade magazine. That same magazine may have some ads from people looking for just such a mixer too.

If no one is bidding than anyone that IS interested is put off by something..

1) Price
-too high?
-hidden reserve?
2) Sellers Feedback Rating
-too low?
-too many negs?
3) Shipping Terms
-costs too much?
-no alternative shipper (ie FedEx)
-crazy handling charge?
4) Payment Terms
-not enough time to pay?
-doesn't accept Paypal? Checks? Money Orders?
