Probably because you are a normal healthy girl.
Just because you have an urge doesn't mean you should do it.
I assume you are a teen or younger. I don't think sex with an adult is a good idea if for not other reason than it is illegal.
Try dating boys your own age and ask your parents about your urge.

'Cause back in the old days when people didn't have answers 2 almost everything the "urges" would get women pregnant. Without them people wouldn't have made babies and we would have gone extinct.
