condom are hard to use when having sex the reason some guy do not use them is that they can not feel throw the condom and it take us longer for us to climax's.. but i do have a good way for you to stay safe and for him to climax at the same time. when you are about to climax pull him out with the condom on and finish him with you hand and he will climax right then an there.. good luck..

Perhaps he didn't *** while having sex. Sometimes that happens so they just jack off to "get their's" so to speak. He might have sex drive and you just don't do it for him, that's not your fault though, but that's more than likely why he doesn't that.

I'm a guy and I can honestly say.....I have no idea! This isn't normal behavior. I don't think anybody can really answer this question except him. Or maybe someone that is like him.....I've never heard of this before though.
