This question does not make since - you can only be one or the other - not both:

1 Corinthians 6 9-10
9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

There is no such thing as a 'gay Christian'... at least there isn't if the individual is practicing gay sex. Being gay and acting on it is against the Christian teachings, therefore an active gay cannot truthfully claim to be a Christian. That would be hypocrisy. God bless.

I beg to differ with Picturesque. Gay people can very much be Christians. Most homosexuals can not help their sexual orientation. What they can control is whether they choose to practice immoral sex.
