My number one is intelligence.
If their academic skills and life skills are at a ridiculously low level, I get turned off immediately. No matter how good-looking or charming they are.
I need someone that can provide intellectual stimulation. ^_^

let's be honest here- a lot of girls are SHALLOW!
but for the girls who look deeper---
we want someone who cares about us, and will comfort us when we need it, b/c they want to be there for us b/c they care about us, not b/c they want a good make-out session.
we want a guy we can talk w/and a guy we can respect and one who will respect us. We want a guy who can make us laugh when all we want to do is pout and cry. Sure looks can come into play, but I don't look for perfect teeth or a rock hard body. I would say- keep clean! shower daily and keep ur fingernails CLIPPED and CLEAN. I'll pass up a guy who looks like a bum.

Personality. You have to be funny, smart (not a geek but not be at the reading ability of a second grade kid) You have to treat your girl with respect especially in front of your friends. Many guys are nice when their buddies are not around but when they are they feel like they have to show off by being a jerk. You have to be attracted to the person in order to like them. I like a nice, WHITE, smile. You have to work out and be strong and muscular. You have to be clean and not nasty, long hair. I hate metrosexual guys but you can still take care of yourself.

with the looks the eyes and the simle gets me.
personality wise i like a guy that are confident with them self and that is sweet and caring.
he doesn't need to be shy.

I love guys hair, and eyes...lol =)
