Well I got a little freaked out after I went to the What to write to an inmate page and started thinking what will I do if they got my information this doesn't seem too safe! So I just want an international PenPal!

one wonders why you would want a PEN PAL in this age of instant mail but one suspects it is because it would be more PERSONAL. i sense you wanna reach out to people somehwere - and without too much risk (preferring a female. correct thing to do).
if you are in india it is EASY to get a pen pal in another country. just check the classifieds in the newspapers. i am sure it would be more or less the same thing in whichever country you are in now.

Get on Google and type in "international penpals" or "prison penpals."

Well there's http://www.writeaprisoner.com a prison pen pal site...don't know of any international pen pal sites off the top of my head.
