Just curious. Last time I went was a record. They got absolutely everything wrong.

Just to add about the order they got everything wrong with.
I checked, and had to go into the restaurant 4 times. On the way back home I said to my friend that the only thing they got right was the beans. My friend joked that it was probably gravy.
Guess what. It was gravy!

I ordered a Chicken Fillet Burger Meal with coke and received a Bargain Bucket with a side of baked beans and no drink...they claimed that was what ordered..I DON'T THINK SO
This could be to do with the fact that half of the staff is foreign and cant understand what you are asking and the other half are just stupid

No! And you would think after making you wait for 20 minutes in line that they could pull it off......but no, it is always something. Or they are out of what you want. I HATE that place and quit going years ago. Then a month ago, some lady got roaches in her sandwitch and she stood outside everyday for a month with a sign saying "KFC serves roaches". It was great. So, I dont think anyone goes there now. Ewww.

Apparently, this (getting orders wrong) is a corporate ploy, since it appears to be happening everywhere, to get customers to come back in. Stupidly they must think that by doing so these customers will order more while they are standing there waiting for them to get the order right. ((wink))

I suppose your odds are better with KFC than Taco Bell. I once ordered 6 items and was handed a bag containing one item... which wasn't even an item I'd ordered!

I've always got what I asked for, somethimes I get extras too....like long brown hairs, or dirty fingerprints on the wrappers and so on!!!! Cleaniness is next to godliness....if that' the case a lot of KFc ers are going somewhere hot, hot, hot!!!

have you any idea how many trees are destroyed so mc donald and their rivals[ like the one you mention here] can kill more cows that have fed where once were trees
and the poor animals don't even get a life ..you are what you eat ...

I always expect what I get.....mostly bad service. If they wernt on their mobiles then they might hear the order. ...Mind you at minimum £ p/hour why would they give you what you ask for....most people are so fed up they wont wait in line again to complain they just drive off......down to Maca's.
