I know your sad but dont let it get to you. You cant always win in everything, once in a while you have to learn to deal with it. Doesn't mean your bad at Kung Fu just keep practicing thats all dont give up ok.

Go watch one of your favorite funny movies or call one of your friends. Just try to find something to make you laugh or smile. I hope you feel better about it. That's pretty cool that you can at least fight and fight a 16 year old at that!

Don't be sad. Don't let yourself go down from this, rise...practice more so the next time you meet this boy you'll beat him. Relax, you're good and you know it, you just need more exercises. Be confident in your own strenghts and you will win.

You have to accept defeat, for if you've made your best effort, you shall recognize you opponent and congratulate him, and or course, learn from every new experience you have.
Then, you must start training harder in order to win your next battle, whoever your rival is.
Luck.

Don't think about as you failed, think about it as you need to practice more and get off from computer and practice your moves. If you numb before the lost, you will loose precious time that you could be using on your practice.

Get over it. You'll get better. You should learn from your mistakes analyze what you did and think of something better to do next time you fight.

Use the emotions of sadness and anger to build your desire to win and give you stimuli to train harder.
