If you know each other well or have been dating a few times then its cool. first date or second id have to go with no, although it wouldnt condemn her

Have some fun, loosen up. If he/she picks their nose than I would start to worry. Scratching privates is another no-no.

oh my god...this person is human and has normal human bodily functions!!! sometimes, it just can't be helped. sometimes, you can't excuse yourself. if they are doing it on purpose, then it is rude, and a stupid sense of humor.
