Don't worry about money or his looks - If you really love him you wouldn't care about that. He said he would adjust to your lifestyle so if you trust him believe him. Tell your inlaws NO! Why is that a problem? Didn't really need all of the details about where u wanna "make whoopie" tho.

Sweetie, a basic use of the English language is helpful if you want others to help you, so that we understand what you're asking. At least use spell check (although yours is so bad that I don't think that would even help.)
