Provok him. Go talk to him once. Then wait for him to come. if he 's intereste he will, i'm telling you. You have to create a difference with the other girls. When takling to him keep this challenging position and make him understand you're not gonna fall for him right now like the other

tell the guy that u luv him, let him know it, then if he does like u , he willtry to avoid the other gurl
