Are you wanting to gain muscle, or a bit of fat?
If you have a super high metabolism, sometimes gaining weight can be as difficult as losing it can be for other people.
Always make sure you're eating *enough*. Whether you're wanting muscle or fat, you should be eating 1800-2000 calories a day. If you're *really* active, up it to 2200 calories a day.
If you're not active, get into something. ^_^ Biking will be a good muscle-builder for bum, thighs, and calves. Boxing and swimming will build muscle *everywhere*. (Though boxing will do it quicker than swimming will!) Find something you like. You can even do things at home; push-ups, sit-ups, you can go to a gym and use weights, if you want. However, since you don't want to lose any of your weight while doing these activities, make sure you're eating enough to counter the fat burning effects of these excercises.
But it would not be a good idea to eat *unhealthy* food to try and gain weight! :) Like chips and things. They'll work fast, but can be really detrimental to your health. Eat high-fat, but still good-for-you foods, like peanut butter, whole milk, etc. Cheese is good too, and it would be okay if you ate some fatty meats, rather than sticking to lean, like most people do these days. :)
Hmm, hope some of this helps...
Use this website ( http://www.freetrainers.com ) if you want a good workout tailored to your needs.
One last thing: *Important*: I don't know how old you are, but if you're between 13-20, *don't* worry about your weight too much. Especially if you're female. Girls will usually gain about 15 lbs for no reason around the age of 22.
I'm not sure about guys, though.
^_^
EDIT: Sorry, I just noticed your name is Michael, so I guess the "15 lbs for every girl" thing won't help you much. Haha. I'm sure it must be similar for guys, though.

If your at an appropriate weight for your height and age I guess your fine. If you're still in your growing age, your weight should increase with time. If your not increasing in weight you should go to a doctor because it indicates a problem.
If you're at the point where you won't grow anymore, and your still a little underweight you should also go to a doctor. Because it might be related to a medical condition.
But it might not be a problem at all and in that case you could probably eat a little bit more. And don't skip any meals.

The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, whilst the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to aid placed of the burden. You would possibly wan't to determine out a few inexpensive CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of typical herb tablets to aid aid the muscle tissue. I cannot consider of any names of those forms, however I do realize they exist, I've heard of folks taking them, and had well outcome whilst taken mainly.

Eat well, drink well and work hard. Take nutritious food and do regular physical exercises. Intake of fluids is also quite essential. Consult a physician to know whether you are quite healthy. Never think you are underweight. Good luck!

Are you serious??? Eat more food. \
You know what you like. Be reasonable, and don't ruin your health. But you probably know that you need to consume more calories than you have been. You should do this over a period of time.
So do you like ice cream, or pasta, or bread???
Pick what you like and add more of that to your daily diet.
Good luck. Most of us in the U.S. envy you!!!!
