my teeth are looking a little dingly does anyone know any natural ways to whiten them?

Baking soda mixed with equal parts peroxide..brush with it a 2-3 time a week. That is the best natural way, but don't overdue it...it is rough on the enamel.

Here is something that worked for me. I chew gum and use toothpaste that has Xylitol (a sugar substitute). The Xylitol causes the teeth to break up tartar and also reduces the risk of gum disease and cavities. I started chewing the gum and using the toothpaste and a co-worker actually asked, "Hey! When did you start whitening your teeth."
I know MLMs are horrible and I hate them, but my wife is a distributor for one. We started using the product because we were skeptical. But we are now firm believers. Not only did I get compliments at work, but my son passed his last dental exam with flying colors... not 1 cavity!
I am confident most Xylitol products are the same, but if you want the same one I use, just let me know. :)

nothing is going to whiten your teeth better than the bleaching trays u wear at night for about 2 weeks. Try to avoid coffee, tea and dark sodas. Smoking is a no no also

You can try whitening toothpaste that will help remove some stain, you can also brush with baking soda and peroxide mixed together.

just use baking soda and peroxide and I just mix a little of each until it forms a paste like toothpaste and then I brush with it after I brush with my regular toothpaste. You can do it twice a day.
