She may be drinking when you're not looking.
To check to see if she's dehydrated, gently pull the skin up. If it goes back down immediately, she is hydrated and fine. If it stays up for a few seconds, she is dehydrated and you need to get her to a vet asap.

Cats are finikey eaters and drinker sometimes. My cat refuses to drink water from her bowl, but she drinks from the sink and the bathtub, and other people's glasses. Try leaving the sink on at a drip and maybe the tub too. If not, they sell fountains for cats that attract them to drink more water. If this doesn't work and she starts to act differently, the vet can give you more suggestions.

If your cat is not drinking you need to get it to the vet ASAP. Cats can get dehydrated very fast and are prone to renal disease. This is a sign of kidney problems and should not be left alone. Pinch her skin..........does it fall back to its normal position or does it stay? If it stays then she is definitely dehydrated. The vet should recommend a Blood screen to check her kidneys and liver and possibly will put her on IV or Sub Q fluids.

Be sure to give her canned cat food and add a little water to it. It is imparative for a cat to have their fluids. Their kidneys are very sensitive and cats are prone to bladder crystals that will stop up her whole system.

she is, you just aren't catching her. she may be drinking from another source, the toilet, a dripping faucet, a fish tank. lots of places. You may need to keep her water cleaner. try bleaching her water bowl to get rid of bacteria and build-up, and changing it twice a day. I have a friend whose cat won't drink from the same water twice, she has 3 bowls throughout the house and she changes them twice a day

She is probably getting water from somewhere else. Just keep cleaning out her water dish every day and refilling it with fresh cold water. Putting ice cubes in her water dish might tempt her to drink more, especially when it is hot out.

Does she eat dry food? Sometimes cats who eat dry food can develop kidney problems later. Not drinking is a symptom of such problems. Take her to the vet - for your own peace of mind.

If your cat is very old her or his kidneys could be failing if it hasn't eaten either. You should take it to the vet.
