What you need is to rub them down in pheromones. Then you break the Barry White records, turn the lights on, flip in the Gwor cassette and watch them get their freak on. Other helpful suggestions several pet toys, collars and that kind of thing. If they are nervous get a Dr. Phil book on tape and counsel them on how natural chemistry is. It's possible they suffer from childhood Catholic guilt this could be the first step toward recovery. As for attire I suggest you skip the lingerie for Fifi and go with a nurses uniform, it works for me. I can't believe I just put all this effort into a question about the dirty dog.

I have to admit your question scared me when I could only read up to, "Does Victoria's Secrets design a line of lingerie for pets? We have tried soft music and mood lighting, but..." I didn't know where you were going there. Phew!

You might want to talk to the Vet, if Fifi is in heat and still no chemistry then there is a problem somewhere and the Vet might be your best bet. Goodluck.
