Depends on the circumstance. Is he saying no for you to try something of his? In that case, oh well for you. Some people are weird like that. They don't like to share their stuff, and there's usually nothing you can do about it.

It depends on what he is saying NO too.
You should be in control of your life. No one other than your family (parents should be saying NO to you). Take into consideration that they may be saying...because its in your best interest.
