What are you trying to accomplish? If you want any kind of relationship, then definitely no. Not even a little tipsy.
If you're just after sex, then it depends on how drunk. Ask yourself, 'Am I taking advantage of this situation, or does she want this as much as I do?'
There's nothing wrong with having a few drinks too loosen things up, but don't take advantage. That is not how people are supposed to act.

No, she doesnt fully know what is going on. even if she says yes, she may not really want that. Unless she is your wife of g/f that you are normally sexually active with, then i would says its ok..
