Ingredients
2 8-ounce cartons plain fat-free yogurt
2 ripe small bananas
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh mixed berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries, or unsweetened frozen mixed berries
Directions
1. In a blender container, combine yogurt, bananas, and berries; cover and puree until nearly smooth. Makes 4 servings.

plain yogurt, frozen or fresh fruit, a little bit of orange or apple juice, some honey/sugar to sweeten. mix it together with some crushed ice, and you have a perfect smoothie. some good fruit combo's are strawberry-banana, blueberry-strawberry, or berry.

I use yogurt, Orange juice, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and a banana.
Or Yoplait has a pina coloda flavored yogurt - add some pinapple, juice and a banana mmmmmmmmmmm

Health smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 bananas
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon soy milk powder
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender combine strawberries, blueberries, bananas, orange juice, yogurt and soy milk powder. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve

1 banana, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup orange juice

In a blender, blend the kiwi, banana, blueberries, strawberries, ice, orange juice, and yogurt until smooth.
