Download a driver.
I could give you a link, but you weren't very specific with exactly what intel webcam you have were you? :)

In the menu on the left side, go to PC Cameras, then click the PC Camera download advisor..
that'd be a good start point.

find the make and model of it and go the manufacturer website and download the drivers for it..
and then ur good to go!
