Normal adult blood pressure ranges from 110/70 to 120/80, although lower figures are also very common – especially in early and mid pregnancy. Blood pressure is an approximate measure of the force of each heartbeat (the top figure) and the pressure within the arteries when the heart is resting (the lower figure). It is important to measure and record the blood pressure early in pregnancy, in order to have a baseline measurement against which to measure later readings, since even an apparently low reading later in pregnancy may be high for that individual woman.

120/80 but that is just a base figure. Only 5% of adults actually get this reading. Only be worried if your systolic (high figure) is more than 150 or below 100. Also be worried of the diastolic pressure (smaller number) is lower than about 60.
This all sounds fancy, but all it means is the amount of pressure your heart has to exert to pump blood around your body. Systole refers to the hearts contracting to push blood out into the body and diastole refers to the pressure in the hearts when they heart expands to let blood into it.
Hope this helps

The ideal reading is 120 over 80. This can vary though. It depends how energetic you have been, how stressed you are etc. The BP also differs according to age.

It all depends on your age, weight, life style, diet, how stressed you are. There is no "normal" as everyone is different, but between 110/70 to 120/80 is a good guideline.

Depends on age: Ideal is 120/80, but as you get older, it gets higher. A general idea is your age (18yr+) / 80-90 (higher end as age increases). eg a 50yr old could have BP of 140/85 and be considered 'normal'
Best wishes.
