You're sueing god for negligence? Or violation of contract. Anyway, god wins: if he wants to, he'll just rewrite the rules.
More than likely, if judgement day comes, god'll be all like "Hey Garth, totally rad. You were like, not a believer, and that's m'kay. I owe it to these guys to give them some really sweet shindigs, but the whole hell thing? Yah man, that's just by comparison. You guys, you like, get the whole apartment. Yours is by the noisy icemachine. I mean, it's not paradise, but it's not the worst thing to have for all eternity. Now, I'm kind of trippin, so I'm gonna like, you know, snap my fingers and magically make myself better, cause I'm god, and I can do that... but do I want to? Dude! That's like, real deep man. Coooooooool..."

No, you do not. Why? Because you rejected your only defense lawyer.( Jesus)I barely answered this question, because I think you are a fool. I have observed people like you for years. It is possible that there could be hope for you, but It is entirely up to you. I am not holding my breath. You are living in a fantasy world. You have closed your mind to what is true, because your heart is evil. Even you know you are dishonest, and lying. You deny reality, because you are weak, and unable to face it. Why have over ninety percent of all humans instinctlively believed in God? I am talking about through all the ages? Contrary to your ignorant assumptions that it was brainwashing, I was not raised in a religious home. I as a teenager ,was a little hellion. But at the age of 14, I felt God dealing with me. With no brainwashing, I knew God was real, and that he existed. There was no question in my mind. Your post are for the specific purpose of discrediting Christianity.Your small, your a loser, and you will perish off this planet as a loser. After you are long gone, the Bible will still be here. There is nothing a small man like you can do to stop it.

it depends on what god you believe in. if you believe in bible thumping god, then you'll get one of those lawyers that advertise in the Jerry Springer Show.
If you believe in Allah you won't get a lawyer because only martyrs go to the 11 virgin heaven.
If you believe in the God most people in the US are taught to believe in, then you're screwed, because it is an avengeful, lousy god, that's willing to put yet another War under his name and that sells its name every time you complete a monetary transaction, even if you spent only a penny. In that case, you might get Michael Jackson's lawyer, and risk getting fondled and molested by the King of Pop itself.
So i don't know man, seems like you've asked a really tough one. But if you're a true atheist then your lawsuit will fall as a frivolous suit. As an atheist you believe in nothing, so you'll be suing nobody, when you sue God.

I realize you're being sarcastic, but I'll still share a Scripture:)
If you mean Armageddon, No, you won't get a defense lawyer; you will be your own defense lawyer.
Romans 14:12 says " So, then, each of us will render an account for himself to God."
(by the way, Judgement Day is a different from Armageddon)

I want you to pick up a bible and read it!!! Most people take God as a joke! But on that great day of the Lord!!! When you come before the Lord, the only person that answer to God for you, is YOU!!! People have a chance to know God, but they take him for granted...Remember God never forced or pushed people to believe in him.The Lord simply said" I lay out to you life or death" (Heaven or Hell) God prefers you to choose life...and I would to!!! Why is it so easy to believe in the devil and hard to believe in God? Choose life!!! e-mail me at n e time if you have any questions, i will be happy to accommadate you!!!

If you are a child of God you have an advocate already in place, His name is Jesus. He is your lawyer and intercessor NOW. If you are not connected to Jesus then you will have to answer for your time spent off target. When we are saved Jesus tells the Father of our confession and the Father forgives and forgets forever. It is the only way to leave this Planet with a clean slate.

You will stand before a righteous God. You will be crying for mercy but it will be to late. Your judgment will be the lake of fire.
Revelation 20: 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Revelation 20: 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Revelation 20: 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20: 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

You do not believe in God, but want to sue Him for not being a puppet for you? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense, does it?
If atheists do not believe in God, why do they care if we do?

God knows nothing of due process. He 'rains down' judgement indiscriminately with no chance to defend yourself, no chance for appeals or a retrial.
It's quite a miscarriage of justice, actually.
