I was in a minor car accident when I was 13 and I noticed that whenever I would bend down to my knees, I'd hear a cracking noise (similar to if I was cracking my wrist or fingers). As time passed I noticed that even when doing things like moving my ankles to further positions (like when taking long walking strides, or running), I'd hear the same cracking noise. I'm 16 now and really getting into Thai boxing and was wondering if I should be worried or have someone look at this because wouldn't wanna pay for minor negligence later. I didn't really seek medical attention before because we were only bumped from the rear at a fairly low speed, but I did kinda bang my knees against the back of the front seat to reduce the impact.

If I were you, I'd go to a sports clinic just to ease my mind. It's more than likely nothing, or something minor, but when you know for sure, you won't worry about it any more.
