Hawaii is 3 hours behind pacific, but they have no daylight savings. In the winter it is two hours. to be accurate though you also have to add 15 sometimes 30 minutes to the time depending on who you are talking to. For example: Hey Bra! We go beach tomorrow! Meet at Kimo's at tree (3). Depending on the person, this will correlate to either 3:15 or possibly 3:30 to somewhere around 4. this is official Hawaii Time.

They're in what's called the Hawaii-Aleutian time zone which is ten hours behind Greenwich Mean (or "Zulu") time. Hawaii being in the troipics does not observe daylight savings time. When PST is in effect, noon in Honolulu makes it 1400 in Los Angeles; during PDT, it's 1500.

Hawaii is in HST (Hawaiian Standard Time) They are one of 3 states that do not have Daylight Savings Time. Therefore at this time of year, they are 3 hours behind PDT and in the Winter they are 2 hours behind PST.
