Go look in your fridge and your pantry. If you have a pasta or rice and you have some vegetables,Make some soup.It is filling, fast, cheap, and healthier than going out to some fast food place where the food is full of nothing but grease and fat.Save that "chump change" and make something.Besides it uses up the vegetables and rice and or pasta that would go to waste otherwise. You can also make more than one meal out of it based on how many vegetables and pasta/rice you have.If you have plenty then all you have to do is store it in a sealed container in the fridge then take it out and pop it in the microwave later. If you wont cook and are in a state of starvation then i would suggest you go to the store and buy some sandwich stuff. Its not too expensive and you can have it for more than one meal.Cheese and such I am not a meat eater but some buy lunch meats then come home and make sandwiches. You just have to see what is available to you before you go waste your money on something that is not good for you when you could make something alot more healthier and better tasting at home even if your on a low budget/broke.
