He is 22 months and I am still working on it. I waited way too long, but know what to do differently next time.

well my son was off his bottle at 18 mos but he did get one at nap time and bedtime. Any other time he was on a sippy cup. I did take the bottle away at like 2 years and 3 mos. Yes, I know that was a long time to be on the bottle.
Good LUck

I agree with "kids" Pacifier gone at 6 months, bottle at 1 yr, and potty trained at 2. I think that's the best way to do it so your child doesn't start using it as a security blanket.
I babysit this 2 yr old and she still uses a pacifier. It makes me want to snatch it from her and throw it away when she's not looking.

Mostly using sippy cups by 11 months, but had 1 bottle a day of pumped breast milk (at daycare) until I stopped pumping at 14 months. Then it was nothing but sippys...Although it did take some expirementing with different cups to find one she really took to...ended up with Avent sippys.

My son was one. I think it all depends with the mother if you train them right and they can hold a sippy cup they can be out of a bottle by 10 months i would say.
