I'm not sure what you mean by stick a chicken or a turkey? Do you mean beat it with a stick? I wouldn't beat either. If you mean stab it with a stick. I wouldn't do that either. I go buy my dead chicken and turkey from the store. But when I was growing up on the farm we had to cut the chickens heads off with an ax or break their necks by twisting them. I wasn't good at twisting so I chopped off there heads. It was the grosses thing I had to do on the farm. The blood would spurt out straight up and the chicken would run around with their heads off for around a minute or two. If I was a guy I would not stick a chicken or a turkey lol!
