IF YOU CLOSE YOUR BLIND THEN YOU WONT SEE THEM! SO TECHNICALLY YOUR BLIND IS OPEN TOO!

I do that because I am smoker and I want as much air as possible so half of the window has no blinds. I see the neighbors only when they are close to the window.

They like to be watched. They are into that whole exhibitionism thing. If they're hot, what's the problem. If not, stick a huge ugly pic up in your window facing them, They'll get the hint.

Leave them an anonymous note on the door that you can see them. Maybe they don't realize you can see in.

have you told them that you can see them doing the nasty at night, and why don't you close yours? closing your would solve theproblem.
