It really makes no difference. If I had to choose, I would go with the ab exercises first, since you may be too aerobically worn out after your jog to give your maximum effort on the situps/crunches/or whatever it is you might be doing.

its better to go for a jog then do your ab exercises beccause a jog is like a warm up that gets your blood flowing and your heart rate up so when you do your ab exercises you burn more calories

it depends, do the exercises make you tired for the jog? How many exercises do you do, do you use weights, etc. In the log run, it doesn't really matter,so if you're not a pro body-builder (and you are not, because if you were you wouldn't be asking questions like this) do what ever you like.

whichever you prefer is fine! I jog first then do abercise. My hubby is different he works abs then jobs, so it just depends on how u feel comfy doin it!

It does not matter. I do ab exercises first before I jog. I'm tired after a jog. Consequently, I'm more likely to do them incorrectly or try to rush to finish them too quickly.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
