Well, I actually think that Adam and Eve were of two different races, otherwise if both were the same race, everyone in the world would be the same race. So if Adam and Eve were both black, every human would be black. If both Adam and Eve were both white, every person would be white. However, If Adam and Eve were of different races, then they would have mixed children and eventually over time, you could have a group of people who were just fair skinned (White people) who migrated with each other to Europe and only mated with fair skinned people and over time because of genetics have a completely different DNA than dark skinned people.
However in Africa, in times past when a woman had an albino child, with white skin and lighter eyes, the tribe would shun that person because they thought they were a witch. I imagine over time if all of those outcasts from Africa moved to Europe and mated with each other, over time they would create a race of exclusively white skinned, light eyed people. And they would resent blacker skinned people because they were shunned from Africa.
Two white people can't have a black child, two black people can't have a white child, however, a mixed couple can have a black child, a whiter skinned child or a child who looks like a mix of the two.

According to most scientists, life began in Africa, which would make Adam and Eve black. The different races came from evolution. Africans are closer to the sun, so their skin was darker. In northern Europe, it is a colder climate, so the skin lightened. There used to be a map that showed how humans first moved around the world, and thus evolved, but I cannot find it anymore.
An interesting fact: It takes about 10,000 for a black person to become white.

Man is believed to have evolved in the African savana, so the earliest humans were probably dark skinned. Some groups migrated to northern climates and began to evolve independently.
Melanin was probably lost because it allowed greater vitamin D production in the northern areas with less sunlight. At one point, there were multiple humanlike species at the same time. Speculation is that our species wiped out similar competing species such as Neanderthal.

If you believe that science is right, and the first people existed in Africa, it is likely that they would have been brown. If you are a bigoted European, then they were Caucasian.
Genes cannot be created, only passed on, so it is impossible for there to be some many different races of people without the work of evolution, which then disproves Adam and Eve.

There is no other civilization in history that goes as far back as African civilization, I don't care how many racist white people try to justify. Science and history has proved that civilization was created and began in Africa. Evolution did the rest. And that thing about blacks and other non white races being a curse is a bunch of bullsh**t. That asinine theory was created by whites to make themselves seem superior during slavery.

God's Word said that Adam was made from the "dust of the ground", and Eve was taken from Adams 'rib' meaning his side. I would say that they were "Dust" color.

IMO, this boils down to a genetics question. Even a simple Punnet Square analysis will show that it is possible to get the variety we see today by starting with two mid-toned people (somewhere between the lightest and darkest we see today.)

Adam was sort of greasy dark-skinned olive drab and Eve was mysterious desert sand tan. The ribs were charbroiled BBQ-ed black.
