i dont know what it is called but i know when you go to the dentist to get it checked out, she or he will pull one tooth because the tooth that is grown that far up did not have room to grow. he or she will tell you that after they pull it , to put presser on that to so it will grow down and look normal. i know because i have 2 of those teeth and one grow like that also .i herd that many twins get them,
