I mean,if they were the first humans,who was the second and third?If their kids got together and made babies,wouldn't that be inbreeding?Isn't that against the bible?I am a christian,but somethings have always puzzled me,this being one of them.

Damn, you're right after all! I've just looked at the queen on my five pound note and she's got three eyes. Why have I never noticed that before? That explains why she wears her crown at a jaunty angle, she's hiding the third eye. I'll bet that's why she wears white gloves in public, I'll bet she's got flippers or tentacles instead of hands.

Well you made a good point just now, But God created Adam and Eve, and knew that their children would have to get to together to make other children, and so on. The reason why we are not mutants, is because this was all part of Gods plan, and in the beginning their has to be two. This was designed to start life. It also mentions in the bible not to question God.

The bible is God's Word. God told Adam & Eve to be fruitful & multiply. It is not going against God's Word if you are obeying it. My son n law commented the same thing. Adam & Eve had many children & all were different enouph to produce healthy children. They lived nearly 1000 years. A day is like a 1000 yrs & a millinium like a day to God according the Peter. Remember God said that in the day they ate the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil they would surely die. They had spiritual separation & they physically died within 1000 years.
Since the tower of Bable & the division of nations acording to language, earthquake & assorted natural disasters, peoples life years have been shortened dramatically. Also, indicates we should be careful to not inbreed, because deformities at birth happen since our lives are usually under 100 years (not as healthy).

Consider this. When Cain was thrown out of Eden for killing Abel, he said, "I will be a restless wanderer and anyone who finds me will kill me". Do you think that he married one of his sisters after that? does it not explain that there are people already existing before Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve are the first of enlightened of people among the Israelites only. Clearly they are the answers to nagging questions of the Israelites as who are they and what is the reason why they are different from the others who live outside the garden? The reason why Noahs people are called the Sons of God (because to their mind they are the chosen people) and "the daughters of men" are among the first people who were created together with the animals on the 6th day.Male and Female and without a covenant as He did to Adam and Eve. The old Testament was obviously edited by using Adam and Eve as the accounts of creation(hence the foreword before their creation) but it has no relevance whatsoever to the consistency of the writings. It is a clear flaw to claim that Angels and archangels are the sons of God who took human forms when found that the daughters of men were beautiful. Because if you believe in Angels and Archangels, they are consciences that resides in our minds guiding us to know what is right and wrong.(our left and right brains) and they are suppose to have no sex if ever they truly exist because they are entities supposed to be without emotions. This will also explain Jeremiahs writing as "The days are coming", declares the Lord, "When I will plant the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the offspring of men and of animals. Jeremiah 31:27 So, feel free from all the sins we have inher.ited if you are not a Jew. Christian religions adopted that original sins which we never had but it is an effective way of controlling our minds (by letting us live all our life with guilts which we in the first place should not be guilty of)

I think it's like a mixture of Darwin and God. Because the Garden of Eden was perfect, the rest of the world changed and evolved while Adam and Eve were running around naked, never getting old or sick or lonely. When they sinned, they were cast out into the world, where monkeys had evolved into people. So, Adam and Eve were the only two 100% human people in a world full of monkey-people.

We are definitely not like Adam and Eve. mutants might be a good word. the Mutation has happened over many thousands of years. We are all a part of what we come in contact with and we have been in contact with a lot , Adam & Eve would never have emagined.

hi tink-i am not christian but dont find the story of adam and eve to be completely without merit-not the way it is taught today but has been shown that we do descend from one tree more or less-at one time in our past a change happened to the way we think and look at life-all modern humans descend from that time-keep the peace old hippie here

supposedly adam and eve lived for hundreds of yrs....but there was also neolithic men and women its told that cain married outside of his tribe? so this raises another question who created prehistoric man? We can date subhuman remains back 350,000 years at about the time the continents were moving father apart,,, theres lots of history out there you just have to be inquisitive enough to search for it and the bible is just a story
so i guess we will never know
