For the past two weeks i have been extremley tired. I have been getting 8 to 9 hrs of sleep a night but lately i have been wanting to take naps during the day and feeling so tired about 2 to 3 hours after i wake up. What could that be?

pregnant... or lacking some vitamins... either way, go check with your doctor...

Could be a number of things. Eating habits has alot to do with it. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. Nothing heavy. Heat is another..drink lots of fluids (water is the best). I would take vitamins like Co enzyme and vitamin C for energy boosts and to build up your immune system. Also try doing some light exercises during the day.

Chronic fatigue syndrome or M.E.

Could be Fibromyalgia... aches and pains that quacks don't know too much about!

Or simply exhustion, if like me you work real hard!

a lot of the time its that you might be getting stressed out...i did a science project on this... you release endorphins when you exercise...endorphins relieve stress...so maybe you just need to get some more physical exercise

you could be aneamic go to your doctor and ask him to take a few blood samples

Get your thyroid functions tested ,are they normal, please see your doctor.
