It is possible but not so probable. Dogs can take up to 2 months to be no longer fertile. You can probably have your vet take a semen sample and have it checked for live sperm. But probably the safest route would be to have your girl spayed as soon as she is out of heat. Male dogs that are fixed will often still mate with an in heat female, this can be bad for the female.

No. The male can still tie with a female but not get her pregnant, altho it would have been possible a few days after he was fixed. I had a min pin that got fixed, next day, he bred my Chihuahua, and 2 months later I had some beautiful min pin/Chihuahua puppies. I asked the vet about this and he said it was possible for a few days after they get neutered.

It does take the sperm 2-3 months to become completely inactive, so there is a possibility that you're female might be pregnant. Check with the vet to make sure.... and get her spayed while you're there!

Yes. It can take about a month (sometimes more) for all the sperm to be gone. Hopefully it is not the case, it would be pretty unlikely, but it can happen.

Your female should be unable to conceive since the male was neutered, but if I were you, I'd have the other one spayed too.
