To lose weight, you must do intensive cardio. Get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes aday, five times a week. That is the only way to lose weight in your belly area. As far as toning goes, you do have to lift weights, other wise you will have flab, But you have to use low weights, and lots of reps. That way you do'nt bulk, but you tone.

to loose weight , u need to do some aerobic activity, like running, aerobic classes, swimming etc, as well as strength training, usually when we do abs alone, it seems like our stomachs get bigger, that's because muscle is building underneath, and we have to work that out, so running is good, for that, as well as your legs, but u may need to do more leg work, to get the tone u may be seeking, strength training includes weight lifting so, u can reduce your weights it it's making u too bulky or u can increase gradually using a different range of motion, that way your arms can get a little smaller, for further info, consult your doctor and a fitness expert or gym instructor, also in trying to loose weight, u want to concentrate on a balanced diet as well, u can do all the cardio in the world and not eat right, it won't make a difference, oh and lots and lots of water

Eat best whilst hungry and no more than three times an afternoon. Nothing as opposed to water in among. Include tons of raw veggies and end result in every meal, ideally 50%. Chew every morsel a minimum of 32 instances to turn on ur frame to generate signs of starvation/fullness. Obey those signs. Take gentle physical activities and brisk walks generally ideally two times an afternoon. U will reap what u have no longer even dreamt and that too in a fair time. Do no longer be in a rush.

Yep, you nailed it in one. I wouldn't actually stop lifting weights, though. Building muscle will increase the amount of calories burned and make your body parts look much, much better. Learn more by reading The Movie Star Diet.
