Is it too soon to start dating?

I'm fresh out of an abusive relationship. I don't really trust guys but i don't want to be lonely. What should i do??

Start by getting comfortable with and loving yourself! You are worthy of a good man but you have to believe that yourself first! Being alone does not have to be lonely. Use this time to try some things you had not tried yet...read...re-new girl friendships! Love yourself!

if you feel the need to date,then go out there and start dating....but personally i think you should wait for awhile and get your head straight before you start dating again and you also need to make sure that the relationship with your ex is definitely over.No one wants to be in a relationship with someone who's constantly bringing up their ex.You must also know that all guys are not abusive either there are some pretty damn good ones out there.....take your time and you will find the right man....*good luck*

Hang out with your friends!.. If you feel that you are ready for a relationship, and not just a quick one to fill a void, then go for it... but if you're just doing it not to be lonely, then you could end back up in the same situation that you just left... if you're starting out with no trust, then it's going to go nowhere. Take a little time for yourself to build up your confidence, self esteem, and most importantly trust; then when you think you're ready for for it!

go out and have fun. if you want date other people but dont do anything serious and be careful. and remember not every guy is going to abuse you. make sure that you respect yourself enough to put an end to the relationship if you even think theres'a a possibility.

become comfortable with yourself again and immerse yourself with friends. Without trust, you can't have a meaningful (or lasting) relationship.
