It depends on his age and your age. If he's significantly younger than you go tell his mom or someone adult. If he's about your age or older, smack him or do really annoying things to get him to stop such as pulling his leg hairs, or if you want to make him hurt, tickle him until he cries. That way you can have some fun too.
