When Does A Bread Maker Beep To Put in extra ingrediants?

I have a Universal Bread Maker, and i dont know when to put the extra ingrediants in.

It depends on the machine and the settings you've used. Generally it's about 20 minutes into the cycle.

Mine does not beep until toward the end of the dough cycle. I would not want to add everything at once, especially if it was something that could get broken up into smaller pieces.

I put everything in at once.
