I would give your hair a good trim to cut off all the dead ends then go to Sally's Beauty Supply and buy a cholestoral cream "orange color" and cover your hair with the contents and then put a shower cap over then a warm towel and let it sit for 30 minutes and then wash out as normal. It usually takes a couple times of doing this to have it better again but it does great.

I would try getting a hair cut to remove the dead ends. I would also use a good conditioner and shampoo. If you can afford it try using Kerastace shampoo and conditioner and the mask. They are expensive if you live in the states but its a very affordable product if you livein Europe. Also you can purchase the products on ebay but ask or research which number is right for you cause every number is for a different hair type.

I would go to a good quality salon and have them recommed some higher quality products. Aussie is ok, but nothing great. You're mostlikely going to have to get some cut off, but you can help make the rest of it at least look better.
You need a moisture rich shampoo and conditioner. I have really long, color treated hair and use Nexus shampoo and redken allsoft / butter treat conditioner. They help.

I had the same problem about a year ago. Go get it cut. Not really short, just to where most of the split ends are off. It will make your hair so much healthier. You might wanna get long layers, that's what I did. Maintain it by going back every 6-8 weeks to get it trimmed. Believe me, it makes such a difference.

Also, I'm not sure if you wash your hair every day (I used to), but once you get your hair cut, try and switch to washing it every other day. Your hair won't get so dried out and it saves a lot of time on styling the next day.

I would recomment getting a deep condition treatment, you can buy a tub of it at any rite aid, cvs or grocery store, I use dove advance care reviving mask because my hair is dried out from dying and highlighting, or what also works really good is the new sunsilk shampoos they have different kinds of shampoo and conditoner for your type of hair. Hope this helps

If you're not scared, cut it. The short look is what's in now anyway. Besides, there are way too many short styles to choose from. Hair grows back fast when it is cut anyway. I cut my hair off over a year ago and haven't looked back since.

I used to have really long hair, and once a month, I used to brush loads of olive oil through it and leave it for half an hour and then wash it out, it really got rid of the dry ends!

First have a Professional, or a good friend who can cut hair, trim off all the "Fried-ends", then, make sure you use conditioner, and while your hair is wet, comb it from, the bottom-up, to your head, working out those "Tangles, from bottom-up" its important to start from the bottom, not to tare, the hair.......in which split-ends come from, brushing wrong...Good-Luck,to you...
