when it comes buying gifts, i'm clueless. what should i get my niece? her one year b-day is this weekend. please help.

Check somewhere like Hallmark where they carry figurines that you can start a tradition and add to it each year. For example this year you buy the 1 year old figurine and next year you buy the 2 year old one and so on. I know Precious Moments used to have something like this but I am not sure if they still make it. Good luck!

The "Sing and discover piano" looks cool ... check out the "Toy - R - Us" web site and they have tons more idea's ... plus they're everywhere so, you can find what you want and have it shipped, or go to a store.

Children's books or teddy bears. What little girl doesn't love teddy bears, or a baby doll of her own.
