The only "safe" sex is no sex. If you are bound and determined to have sex regardless of what others say, then the condom should be on before anything. Even that isn't a guarantee that you won't get pregnant or contract a disease. You should know someone really well before you ever engage in sex with that person. When you have sex with someone, you are basically having sex with everyone that person has ever been with sexually. Do you know for sure that every girl he has been with was disease free when he had sex with her? Pregnancy is a life changing event, and shouldn't be risked until you are ready to have a family. I'm not saying sex isn't enjoyable, but is the moment of enjoyment worth the risk of a disease, or pregnancy? Contrary to what a guy might tell you....YES, YOU CAN GET PREGNANT YOUR FIRST TIME! Please be careful and think about it before you do anything.

Yeah, you do all that before you out the condom on. If you havenever givin him head or a *******, maybe you should do that before you have sex with him. But yeah if you do anything after yall have sex, you will latex or lube all over you and it doesnt taste all that good and dont do anything while he has the condom on because the friction could ruin the condom before yall have sex,

do whatever feels right in the moment, don't follow a script. Just be safe. There's no reason not to put the condom on first and then do any of those things.

If you use your mouth on him without his having the condom on, you run the risk of exposing yourself to an STD that may not have a cure.

Yes... but be careful to make sure that the exterior of the condom does not touch your partner's penis. Pre-ejaculate can contain semen and you must be careful that he doesn't pull the "oops, I'm putting it on backwards... I'll just turn it around."

No, do it with the condom on...you have to be safe before and during. He could have something you can contract through a lesion on his penis and/or your hand and mouth.

Yes if you are giving a bj otherwise it will taste like latex, trust not a good taste. It doesn't matter which is first for a hand job.
