Is there any cd-burning software that doesn't require administrator rights to install & burn cd's in windows xp in limited accounts also.if anything exists plz let me know its details.thank u

If you have Windows XP you don't need a cd-burning software, all you have to do is right click on what you want to burn, and sent it to your cd-burner driver.

By definition, almost all sotware that is not extremely basic will require admin rights. It will be a little tough finding something that does not.
