ok I have bad poison. First I had Poison Sumac on my face and now I have poison Ivy on my arm and It's like working its' way up my arm and it itches really bad. Any sugggestions like for lotion or medication and I asked my doctor and he gave a persciption and that helped my face. Any tips plz

poison ivy does not spread. it will only continue to irritate the affected areas. If the clothes you had on when you came in contact with this are not washed properly, the sap will still affect you. If you live close to any woods or have any type of weeds, you need to find out what "spotted-touch-me-not" looks like. If you do find this plant (it's very common to some areas), take the leaves and crush them until the sap in them start to come out and then rub the sap on you in the affected areas. This is the best known remedy for poison ivy and oak. good luck.
