In the future, Can human change DNA to change human sex?

Yes. Everything boils down to combinations of chemicals. If we can figure out how to remove certain chemicals and insert others then it is totally possible to change the sex of a zygote. The easier alternative is to form a chemical filter that destroys the sperm containing the X or the Y chromosome you don't want and using only the one's you do want for fertilization.
Girl: filter out the Y sperm and use all the X sperm
Boy: vice versa

Konichiwa.

It is not necessary to alter the chromosomes in DNA to select the gender of a baby. All that is required is to separate the normal X-chromosome sperm from the y-chromosome sperm and a baby of the required sex will ensue. Many claim to be able to do this but few methods are reliable and many are either old-wives tales or scams; it's only a matter of time, a few years at most.

If your question is could we, in the future change the sex of an embryo during gestation? again this is already deemed possible by altering the hormone balance in the womb.

If your question is might we be able to change the sex of a living person after birth or even at some later level of maturity it would not be sensible to say no, never. The history of the world in general and science in particular is littered with the embarrassed corpses of experts who stated categorically that such and such a thing was impossible and would never happen.

Today's scientific dogma is tomorrow's Phlogiston Theory!

When it happens it will be as a result of genetic engineering to the chromosomes in DNA.

By the way all chromosomes are DNA but not all DNA is chromosomes; some of it is inert or like the cover and fly-leaves of a book, mutable without affecting the contents of the book.

Human DNA already designates the sex of an embryo depending on whether the male Y chromosome fertilizes a female X egg resulting in a boy or the male X fertilises the egg resulting in a girl. Chromosomes are the coiled up molecules of DNA found in the nucleus of every cell (except erythrocytes). A gene is a section of DNA that codes for a particular functional protein. If u are meaning at some point in adult life receiving an injection that would change the sex of said adult, we can more or less do this by giving sex hormones, but as u know this does not result in a complete sex change but gives the individual more pronounced secondary sexual characteristics of their chosen sex.
The determinant would be the willingness of the paying public to demand this treatment. And it would require that every single cell in the body have its DNA within the sex chromosomes altered to reflect the change and to express the instructions required to make the whole body function as that sex. Tricky one eh.

If DNA is that molecule which includes all the characteristics of a living organism, then in theory it is possible to change any characteristic at will. However, I see many engineering difficulties in attempting to change or "edit" DNA, for it is an extremely complex molecule. Recently however, researchers where able to decode all the one hundred thousand characteristics in the human body. As a result, in the future parents could possibly be able to choose the sex and may also choose the physical attributes of their offspring.

What determines the sex of a human starts with the sperm & the egg. It's chromosomes. Females carry X chromosomes, and males carry X &Y chromosomes. If the sperm that enters the egg is an X chromosome it will be a girl. If the sperm is an Y chromosome it will be a boy. There is such thing as gender selection, but it cost a lot. They separrate the X & Y sperms, and implant the sex you want to have.

Cannot. DNA is the permanent one so that police also use it to recognise people as all of us is different one even though the twice also
