Christ did. Adam was forbidden to Judge, while he was mortal. Jesus lived, died, and then lived. He passed by the angel with the sword of truth, on Calvary. He ate from the tree of life, and now, unlike Adam is immortal. He is Resurrection. He rules. You can get out of this world alive (after you die), through the Resurrection, and continue the life that was intended for Adam, and Eve. Think of this women, childbirth, with no pain...is that heaven...or what?

I'm not really sure if Adam and Eve are with him in Heaven...

Physically, yes. Mentally, no. In the future, the Bible talks about people living in Paradasaic conditions forever, meaning, never dying (Revelation 21:3, 4). Mentally, though, man will now know the answer to the Taunter's great question of God's right to rule. Man will now what it means to disobey God and be removed from Him. Man will know the difference between living in a sinful state and living in perfection.

No.
First let me list a couple of the consequences of the fall.
1) knowledge of good and evil
2) spiritual death (separation from god)
3) physical death (separation from body)
When Christ went through the atonement, he overcame physical death through the Resurrection (which is a free gift), and paid the price for our sins, overcoming spiritual death (which we have to work for).
However, Christ never overcame knowledge of good and evil, because it was something that God wanted us have (which is part of why we were sent down in the first place).
So we can never get back to pre-fall because we were never intended to. The fall was part of the plan to advance and become more like our father.

No, because man would have to be free of sin. Which is pretty much impossible. Thoughts of lust, greed, laziness, shame, murder, lies, etc... everyone has at least one of these sorts of thoughts. Some even act upon them. Which is why there needed to be the sacrifice of the Son of God, Jesus, who was perfect but was slain, only to return to God alive. Jesus creates the missing link and the key to heaven... so I'd say no, we can't go back to pre-fall.

No. Because the story of Adam and Eve is a fairy-tale. There's no tree of knowledge.
